Founded by Jason Crandall and his son-in-law Spencer Shiraishi, our company combines years of hands-on experience in construction, fabrication, landscaping, and property maintenance.
Jason brings a strong background in carpentry, welding, metal fabrication, and project management, with an eye for detail and a commitment to doing the job right. Spencer contributes extensive experience in landscaping, exterior property upkeep, and practical project coordination, focusing on dependable service and clean results.
As a family team, we take pride in treating every property like it’s our own.
